Companies making people use AI?

Here's an article sharing the findings of someone that interacts with developers.

I'm of two minds on this.
From a systems/developer perspective, don't force the use of tools without a specific goal. AI tools can be helpful. Helpful is also subjective. I know both system engineers and developers can be very opinionated when it comes to the tooling. Let them find the right place for the tool.

From a management perspective, getting new technologies into a workplace is vital to the success of not only the company, also the people. Allow and encourage the use of new tools. Allow people the time to adapt. AI technology is in the early days. Some folks will dive deep, while others will shun it. Encourage both teams to learn more.
