Dupont State Forest visit

When in Hendersonville, I try to get to DuPont State Forest. When I visited earlier this year a LOT of trails were closed due to damage by hurricane Helene. Not the case this trip! The stairs to the base are still closed, however, the base is still accessible. Many folks were making a visit. The parking lots were full and I happened upon an opening. With a lot of folks on the trails, still found some quieter sections for a nice walk. Here are more pics.
