Nice vineyard visit

When I headed to Hendersonville for a vacation, my daughter asked if I could get a bottle or 2 of wine from a vineyard, Parker-Binns. From Hendersonville, the vineyard is 25 miles back toward Raleigh, so dropped by on the way home.

I arrived for lunch. A wine tasing is only $5 more than a glass, so a wine tasting and philly cheese sounded good. Nice lunch.

Wrapping up and getting the bottles, learned the cabernet sauvignon is no longer served. They took time to explain why and offered an alternative. Of course, I also got a bottle of Lulu red for myself.

Overall, a vineyard I would visit again. Definitely check the website or even call to get hours due to limited and changing times for vineyard and food.
